WE CAN’T AFFORD TO WAIT ANY LONGER!

Free Broad Beach.

$35 million spent. No restoration. No accountability.

Broad Beach, Malibu, is a peaceful 1.1 mile stretch of beach, with 121 parcels of land on the water. The beach was once covered with plenty of sand and substantial dunes. Over time, much of the sand has eroded, damaging homes and threatening to destroy the beach we call home.

A Decade of Spending, No Beach Restored

More than $35 million has been collected from Broad Beach homeowners since 2012, yet the shoreline continues to erode. The project meant to protect homes and rebuild dunes has instead become a cycle of delays, shifting plans, and ballooning legal and consulting costs.

A System that Failed its Community

Homeowners uncovered a structure that rewarded attorneys and consultants while delivering little progress. The burden has pushed out longtime residents and drained the community, leaving Broad Beach with broken trust, rising costs, and no meaningful results.

It’s time for Transparency and True Stewardship

Residents are uniting to replace bureaucracy with a community-led, science-driven model that prioritizes results, accountability, and environmental integrity. By demanding change now, we can restore the shoreline and restore trust.

The annual assessments are approximately $70,000 per year per 50 feet of beach front.
