PETITION OF NO CONFIDENCE

Broad Beach Geologic Hazard Abatement District (BBGHAD)

We, the undersigned Broad Beach homeowners, hereby express no confidence in the current BBGHAD project manager and the current BBGHAD Board.

After more than a decade of assessments, escalating costs, and continued reliance on the same project management and governance structure, no completed or executable beach nourishment project has been delivered, and no sand has been placed on Broad Beach.

We believe that:

Continued non-performance under the current project manager,
Escalating costs without delivery and
Decision-making conducted with limited homeowner input
collectively reflect a failure of project oversight and governance.

By signing this petition, we formally register our lack of confidence in the current project manager and Board and call for immediate change.

It records homeowner judgment that the status quo is unacceptable.
